An integral Townsville based maritime infrastructure organization key to not only the economy of North Queensland but also its growth, is seeking an ERP Change & Training Analyst. Working as part of a large ERP program, you will lead the adoption of this organizations soon to be deployed enterprise level ERP platform!
Your new role
Established through a combination of government initiative and private enterprise, this organisation (and it’s facilities) services the needs of all who call Central, North and Far-North Queensland home. Being the largest of its kind across the region (and contributing significantly to the economy directly & indirectly), without it the region would be significantly hampered.
Due to their strive to continually innovate and improve, this organization are undergoing an organizational level transformation to transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. As such, your new role as part of this will see you lead the adoption of this solution from both a change and training perspective.
Working with both the ERP Projects Team and the Executive members of the organization, you will design and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions, user adoption and the overall success of the platform. Not limited to this, you will also design, implement and deliver training programs to compliment your change initiatives. Such examples include hosting workshops, creating training materials, identifying (and filling) user skills gaps, coordinating the efficient transfer of knowledge and implementing change initiatives amongst others.
Whilst conducting these duties, you will also act as the ERP’s evangelist by identifying areas of resistance (with relation to the platforms adoption) and conduct improvements, partner with stakeholders (internal and external), foster a culture of collaboration and enable open communication amongst others.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience/knowledge (in no particular order) across the following:
- ERP solutions such as TechOne, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Change Management, activates and strategies
- Transformation Management
- Developing training materials
- Conducting training workshops (both practical and theoretical)
- Strong understanding of the use and benefits of IT in an enterprise environment
- Partnering with individuals across all levels of an organization (including relationship building)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Perfect communication skills (written and verbal)
NOTE:
- Full Australian working rights are required
- Applicants need to be currently residing in Australia (those outside will not be considered for this position)
What you'll get in return
You will be offered an initial 12 month fixed term contract with an integral Townsville based maritime infrastructure organisation.
Note: Remote work is not available for this position
