Your new company
A government organisation based in Perth CBD, are seeking an experienced Facilities and Property professional to assist in supporting the accomodation, fleet, facilities and security team. You will be initially engaged on a 6-month temporary contract, working full-time hours and paying a Level 5 hourly rate.
Your new role
As the Facilities and Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinate the implementation of the newly developed Car Bay Allocation Guidelines
- Negotiate with Government Office Accommodation to relinquish car bays from the department
- Negotiate with Wilson Parking / CPP to secure reserved and unreserve parking deals in car parks within the close vicinity of the department
- Support in managing current contract arrangements, assessing key supplier performance and identifying any areas of improvement
- Assist the CFO to progress the development of Fleet Management Guidelines
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will need:
- Previous experience in facilities, fleet and accomodation management (all required)
- Previous experience in reviewing contractual agreements, liaising with key suppliers and their performance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
What you'll get in return
- Level 5 hourly rate
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday
- Initial 6-month temporary contract
