Your new company
You will join a large Federal Government Department that is dedicated to improving the life of everyday Australians. This Department currently has multiple key objects that are expected to be delivered in the next few years, and is looking for an experienced Service Designer to support this work.
Your new role
Lead and review multiple user research and business and technical engagement activities to map, analyse and evaluate the user experience, business processes, and technology applications of current services, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Lead the development of service design artefacts, including current state journey maps and service blueprints, future state maps, discovery reports and presentations
Lead the co-design, testing and evaluation of potential future state options for service improvements, including assessing feasibility, viability, and desirability.
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in service design for large scale transformations including demonstrable experience in strategic thinking
Demonstrable experience in solving complex problems based on evidence, analysis and investigation
Strong track record working in agile and multidisciplinary teams
Human Centred Design approach to service delivery
