They are looking for a Superintendents representative who can provide operational contract supervisory services for construction and engineering contracts on major and complex projects.

Your new role

• Undertake regular site inspections
• Provide high level advice and information to assist the Superintendent in undertaking and administering dispute resolution processes in respect to building and engineering construction
• Implement contract administration policies and procedures
• The ability to coordinate and undertake scoping services and inspections/surveys of building elements and construction materials.
• Participate in the review and improvement of the operational effectiveness of the Business Unit's Quality Assurance procedures as requested

What you'll need to succeed

You have knowledge and experience in applying contractual obligations honestly and fairly. Additionally, you can implement contract administration policies and procedures. You can effectively communicate with clients and all project team members, in relation to all potential cost and time and quality issues. Furthermore, you can issue variation orders and assess contractual claims.
