Your new role

• This role will be responsible for partnering with leaders to execute the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation, as well as supporting candidates throughout pre-employment checks, offer stage and all stages of onboarding.
• You will have the opportunity to utilise data and intelligence, as well as systems to update recruitment tactics and strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business, with relevant experience is desired
• Proactive candidate sourcing skills using numerous methods and online tools to connect with relevant talent
• Previous exposure working in a high volume mining or heavy industry company is highly regarded
• Experience in behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques in order to coach and mentor leaders
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence others and liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Previous experience in mining and a multinational company is desirable.
