Your new role
Throughout this role, you will be responsible for partnering with leaders to execute end to end recruitment processes across all departments. You will have the opportunity to utilise data and intelligence to improve current recruitment tactics and strategies.
- This role will be responsible for partnering with leaders to execute the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation, as well as supporting candidates throughout pre-employment checks, offer stage and all stages of onboarding.
- You will have the opportunity to utilise data and intelligence, as well as systems to update recruitment tactics and strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business, with relevant experience is desired
- Proactive candidate sourcing skills using numerous methods and online tools to connect with relevant talent
- Previous exposure working in a high volume mining or heavy industry company is highly regarded
- Experience in behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques in order to coach and mentor leaders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence others and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Previous experience in mining and a multinational company is desirable.
