Your new role

• Lead the creation of the Centre’s Marketing Strategy
• Develop an innovative and strategic marketing plan
• Ensure the marketing plan supports the Centre’s overarching strategy
• Customise the marketing plan for the local community
• Generate consumer and retailer engagement
• Contribute to sales and traffic growth for the Centre
• Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues
• Provide leadership within the Centre Management team

What you'll need to succeed

• Understanding of retail dynamics and customer behaviour
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the retail sector
• Familiarity with executing campaigns, managing budgets, and analysing market trends
• Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in contributing to broader management goals.
