Your New Role:

As the Structures Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the structural phase of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Structures Foreman in the construction industry, having worked on projects up to $100 million.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
