Your new role

As the Account Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

• Manage accounts payable and receivables including data entry & processing invoices
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and financial records
• Repare & lodge BAS statements/GST reporting
• (normally they send to account to process)
• Payroll/superannuation compliance
• General Reports of Zero
• Adhoc admin- answer phone
• Office supplies-general day to day operations
• Filing, record keeping
• Document preparation
• Follow up overdue payments
• Assist with TAFE- Apprentices
• Dealing with Government departments relating to funding for apprentices

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills/attributes:

• Proven experience in Xero or MYOB
• Microsoft office suite
• Attention to detail
• Proactive/positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with payroll tax laws

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a temporary ongoing role with the potential to go permanent! This is a part-time 20–25 hours offering $37.66/hr + Superannuation.
