Factory Worker | Production

Seeking reliable and eager production staff to join a window and door manufacturing setting
Your new company

Our client is the market leader in Australia for manufacturing aluminium windows and doors. Due to an increase in demand, they are looking for an experienced production worker to join their team based in Newcastle.


Your new role

  • Manufacturing and production line work
  • Receiving and distributing goods
  • Cutting and machining
  • Framing, glazing and revealing aluminium windows and doors
  • Installing fly screen mesh into finished products
  • Use of hand and power tools and machine operation
  • Hours of work from 6am -2.30pm Monday to Thursday, 6am -12pm Friday


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in the windows / door industry or related fields (preferred)
  • Reliable and arrive on time for work
  • Able to lift 20kg respectively when required
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Ability to handle delicate objects with care
  • Able to work unsupervised and part of a team
