Your new role
As a Loader Operator in a quarry environment, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials efficiently and safely. Working in a small team, you will need to be reliable and multi-skilled, handling a variety of tasks.
Duties may include:
- Loader operation
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols,
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Other heavy plant / machinery operationDuties may include:

- Manual labour where required

What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator (desirable)
- Prior experience in either mining or quarry (ideal but not essential)
- Relevant tickets / qualifications (loader, heavy plant, truck licence etc)
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliability and versatility in handling different tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good attitude
