• Execute a variety of projects and provide support for Business as Usual (BAU) activities for enterprise and collaboration services.
• Manage and maintain systems such as file and print servers, video conferencing solutions, and IP telephony to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Work closely with team members across the organisation to ensure service delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork to enhance service delivery and address any issues or challenges promptly.
• Administer and enhance security measures and service protection mechanisms.
• Manage network security, email security, and data protection to safeguard organisational assets and ensure compliance with security protocols

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have hands-on experience working in Citrix & server virtualisation software, e.g. VMware.
• Proven experience with technologies: VMware, Citrix, VDA, VDI, Storefront, NetScalers, SAN storage, (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, hardware/software maintenance, MECM, MS Azure - administration & migration.
• Some experience with disaster recovery and high availability policies would be advantageous.
• Even better if you have MS Admin/ Engineer, MS Azure Fundamentals / Engineer or Architect certifications or VMware Certified Professional / Design certifications.

• Undergraduate Degree in an IT related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-5 years of IT experience to have the skills and experience necessary to deliver what is expected.
