Your new role

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues, workplace grievances, performance issues, and disciplinary matters in consultation with the HR Manager.
• Coordinate reviews related to breaches of standards and discipline, provide advice on processes, and report findings with recommended actions.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Support change management initiatives, identify HR solutions, and undertake projects to enhance employee engagement, efficiency, productivity, and workplace harmony.

What you'll need to succeed

• Substantial experience as a human resource business partner, providing a consultancy service on a broad range of human resources and workforce management functions.
• Experience in grievance resolution and investigating discipline matters and performance issues.
• Experience in identifying training needs, and developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, policy and report writing skills.
