Your new role
As an associate in the firm, you will manage a diverse caseload with a particular focus on institutional abuse cases. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with our experienced team to maintain our reputation for excellence in legal services.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Admission as a solicitor in NSW with a current practicing certificate.
- 1-5 years post admission experience
- Experience in personal injury or public liability law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
