The Project Management Office (PMO) within the branch ensures effective project management by maintaining consistent oversight through governance, reporting, financial, and contract management. This supports the branch and its executives in managing IT projects efficiently.
Your new role
Provide procurement and contract management advice to internal stakeholders.
Develop procurement strategies and manage approaches in line with departmental policies and legislation.
Support project areas in developing procurement plans, contracting, and invoicing.
Conduct procurement and contract management risk assessments.
Contribute to team objectives for short-term tasks and strategic planning for long-term initiatives.
