Your new role
Working as a Business Servicing Advisor, you are the main point of contact for all NAB’s Business and Corporate clients across a wide range of Banking enquiries, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Handling high-volume inbound calls from existing Business and Corporate customers
• Helping to educate and service NAB’s Business and Corporate customers across the Digital Banking
platform
• Adhering to allocated start and finish times, with breaks scheduled across the day. Adherence to schedule is imperative given the nature of this role, and ensures NAB provides the best experience to its Business customers.
Types of calls you will receive, but not limited to:
1. General account enquiries: Internet banking password reset, account statements, swift code issues, international payments enquiries, increasing daily limits.
2. Business loans: interest rate enquiries, rate reviews, offset account enquiries, redraw, term deposits.
3. Business cards: requesting a new card, lost / stolen card, unauthorised transactions, increasing facility limit, merging business & personal accounts, issues with card declining with incorrect account linking.
Start date is 10th of February 2025, and the initial assignment length will be 12 months, offering an hourly rate of $35.86 per hour plus Super. Candidates with the right mindset will have the opportunity to be
considered for permanent roles and career progression throughout the NAB business.
You will be working full-time hours from Docklands office, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Location is 700 Bourke Street, Docklands.
Shifts will run on a rotating roster Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 8:00PM. Please importantly note this is NOT a HYBRID role, and you will be expected to work from the office FULL TIME 5 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
• AU/NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency in Australia
• A genuine interest in developing a long and lasting career within the Banking
• Proven Customer Service experience in industries including Retail and Hospitality
• Call centre experience (desired but not essential)
• A relevant business degree (desired but not essential - open to fresh graduates)
• Resilience with the ability to manage complex and detailed enquiries
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
