Your new role

We are looking for a Senior Service Technician with previous garage door experience ready to be a key part of a growing business.

• All aspects of garage door service and repair
• Daily driving to different areas of Perth
• Invoicing customers and taking payments
• Writing detailed reports
• Organising materials from suppliers and managing inventory
• Using Service M8 app
• Completing 7-Step Service Tech Check for each job
• Leading, supporting, and mentoring staff to ensure excellence
• Contributing to ideas for constant business improvement across corporate, safety, marketing and more

What you'll need to succeed

• Tool dexterity

• Competent with technology

• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's

• High achiever

• Driving licence

• Clear relevant experience across Garage Doors
