Your new role
As a Senior Staff Pega Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions and other workflow technologies. You will lead the architecture and implementation of cloud solutions, primarily on AWS, and collaborate with enterprise architects and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in Pega development and other workflow technologies.
- Strong cloud experience, particularly with AWS (Azure experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record as a Senior Staff Engineer or Enterprise Architect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
