Your new role
As a Staff Pega Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions and other workflow technologies. You will lead the implementation of cloud solutions, primarily on AWS, and collaborate with various teams to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and secure. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in Pega development and other workflow technologies.
- Strong cloud experience, particularly with AWS (Azure experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record as a Staff Engineer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
