Are you a seasoned Senior Engineer with a passion for Microsoft technologies and a knack for optimizing productivity? Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Implement, and Maintain: Oversee the Standard Operating Environment for workstations, mobile devices, and virtual desktops.
  • Enterprise Mobile Device Management: Manage Mobile Application Management infrastructure and Corporate/BYOD policy architecture.
  • Optimize Productivity: Enhance end-user experience through effective operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure Quality and Security: Develop technical solutions that meet quality and operational standards while adhering to Cybersecurity requirements.
  • Innovate and Implement: Research and integrate new technologies and services, developing technology roadmaps for key stakeholders.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to team members and assist the IT team with challenging problems, including hands-on support.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead projects and activities, ensuring successful outcomes.


What you'll need to succeed

Must-Have Experience:
  • Microsoft Stack Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Defender, M365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Intune.
  • Application Control: Experience with WDAC, Applocker, and Airlock.
  • Migration Projects: Previous experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations is highly regarded.
  • Windows Environment: Expertise in Windows 10 and 11.
  • M365 Management: Manage, maintain, and operate the M365 environment.
  • SOE Management: Creation, maintenance, and deployment of SOE, including Windows and Security Updates.
  • Device Lifecycle Management: Oversee asset lifecycle management for endpoint devices.
  • IT Processes: Deliver against IT processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create “As-built” documentation and produce required reporting and metrics.
  • Endpoint Management Solutions: Proficiency with SCCM, SOE, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Good understanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement Essential 8 methodology, advanced security baselines, domain patching, and compliance.
  • Application Packaging: Advanced skills in application packaging, version, and security controls.
  • PowerShell Management: Advanced PowerShell management skills.
  • VDI and MDM Management: Experience with VDI environments and MDM management.
  • Project Engagement: Support and engage in projects, driving continual improvement within the Modern Workplace environment.
