Join a local government organisation on an initial 6 month contract in the digital transformation capability team as a Senior Business Analyst, with a digital and agile background.
Your new role
Supporting the digital transformation initiatives, including the reviewing and validating current processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and baselining efforts in terms of time and cost. You'll update and optimize processes, ensuring they are documented in Promapp, for key stakeholders. This role also involves collaboration with a full-stack team and partnering with other internal teams.
The ideal candidate is experienced in business process modeling, innovation product development, and adept at working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Government experience is not a must but demonstrated digital experience is.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in large, complex organisations.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation projects with a comprehensive understanding of digital technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining complex processes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, Promapp, and Miro.
