- Full-Time Position (Monday – Friday on a rotating roster, need to commit to three 11am -7pm shifts a week and two 9-5pm shifts a week)

Your new role
In your new role, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and varied solutions to customers with overdue accounts on secured and unsecured products.
- You will take on a consulting role where you will demonstrate empathy and care when initiating outbound calls to our existing customers. (Inbound and Outbound dialler, 60+ customer contact calls per day)
- The key function of your role will be to recoup existing debt from existing customers and negotiate a payment plan whilst maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism and identifying triggers for hardship.
- You will initiate outbound calls to existing customers around their mortgages, loans, credit cards and other unsecured products.
- Handle early-stage mortgages and end-to-end unsecured products (late stage) with a variety of tasks
- You will need to adhere to banking compliance guidelines and uncover any future needs for the customer.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should ideally have experience in fast-paced environments, be tech-savvy, quick learners, and must have exceptional written and communication skills and be able to handle pressure. Have a professional approach, empathy, resilience, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. Would benefit from some banking, Centrelink, compliance, and complaints experience.
