Hays is currently seeking expressions of interest from customer service superstars located in the Eastern Melbourne suburbs for short and permanent positions. The ideal candidate will have face-to-face customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or administration. Previous call centre experience is desirable as well.
Your new role
Managing a high volume of calls and communication via live chat, email and administrative support
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Address customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints, aiming for first-call resolution
Maintain customer records and update information in the company database
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
What you'll need to succeed
Previous face-to-face customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused administrative roles
Strong and clear verbal communication skills
Confident in computer skills and navigating multiple systems
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
