Your new role
Our client is currently looking for a Mine Planning Engineer to work with RDP to develop the LOM plan. This mine is an underground in Tasmania.
The purpose of this role is to refine the LOM and have the ability to work with a Senior Production Engineer to develop panel notes and MPA plans to allow the execution of the budget plan.
What you'll need to succeed
Develops Panel notes in collaboration with Senior Production Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer
Drafts MPA and MCP plans for development to support planned production
Maintains a Masterfile of Conceptual, Approved, Mined and obsolete development designs
Analyses actual operational performance and provides cost guidance for continuous improvement
Provides weekly and monthly reporting.
What you'll get in return
In return, our client can offer a salary starting from $141,000. Employees who are residential to the West Coast (Tullah, Zeehan, Strahan, Queenstown, and Rosebery) receive a $9,500 allowance. Superannuation is also paid on this allowance.
For those employees who opt for DIDO – accommodation and meals are provided whilst on roster.
