Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for a broad range of clients.
- Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
- Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 Service Desk Engineers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in providing 2nd level IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting (Ubiquiti, HP, Check Point, Cisco Meraki).
- Experience with Autotask PSA, Datto RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft and Check Point certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
- Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
