Your new role
- Manage and resolve complex technical incidents and problems within the ICT environment.
- Provide technical advice and expertise.
- Work across teams with other technicians in network, storage, platforms, backups, or unified communications.
- Collaborate with business, system owners, and administrators to progress technology initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra and Intune.
- Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy.
- Microsoft Windows Server configuration and maintenance.
- Microsoft Exchange Server/Exchange Online configuration and maintenance.
- Network and Datacentre Infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong focus on security and availability.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Infrastructure Engineer
- Lead technical resolution of incidents and problems.
- Support incident and problem resolution across infrastructure teams.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to senior management.
- Produce and review project/service delivery documentation.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Configure and install server hardware and third-party products.
- Support cloud operations and Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Implement, manage, and maintain email and unified communications technologies.
- Complete diverse technical tasks within a secure environment.
- Work as part of a high-functioning, multi-skilled team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Administering and configuring Microsoft Entra and Intune.
- Administering and configuring Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Microsoft Windows Server configuration and maintenance.
- Microsoft Exchange Server/Exchange Online configuration and maintenance.
- Network and Datacentre Infrastructure maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in security and availability.
- Background in architecting and delivering end-user compute, cloud, network, and security solutions.
- Knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM), Protective Security Framework Policy (PSFP), and other International Standards (ISO’s).
- Experience producing and reviewing project/service delivery documentation.
- Ability to work as part of a small, high-functioning, multi-skilled team.
- Candidate must be an Australian Citizen and have a Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance
