An exciting opportunity is available for an Accounts Payable officer to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Botany. This role provides a perfect opportunity to enhance your accounting experience and provides opportunity for growth and development within a supportive and encouraging team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
Full end to end Accounts Payable function
Assisting with month end reporting and month end closing processes
Posting and preparation of monthly ledger journals
Monthly reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
Responsible for new Account Payable supplier setups
Ensuring all invoices are approved in accordance with relevant approval policies

What you'll need to succeed
Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP and intermediate MS Excel skills
Good communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Time management skills
