Business Engagement Manager - AI Adoption

Your new role

Are you passionate about driving business engagement and user adoption? Do you have experience in change management and implementing emerging technologies within an organisation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of Generative AI tools and technologies across a large user base. You will work closely with stakeholders, bridging the gap between technology and people, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption.
You will develop and deliver change, communications and adoption plans, while keeping change management strategies agile and fluid, driving initiatives with speed and efficiency. Additionally, you will devise plans to maximise end-user buy-in and utilisation, and create self-service training programs. This role will see you produce a variety of content and materials that can be shared with user groups to support change initiatives. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management activities and user adoption strategies will be crucial, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in change management and business engagement roles, preferably within the AI and/or digital technology space.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management frameworks as well as digital adoption strategies, including communications, training and engagement.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Confidence in producing a variety of content and materials for user groups.

  • A personal interest in AI tools such as MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claud or Llama/MetaAI and/or other emerging technologies will be highly regarded.
