Service Coordinator

Hays is seeking a passionate Service Coordinator to coordinate a team of Technicians in the Eastern Suburbs

Our client located in the Eastern Suburbs provides pipe rehabilitation solutions to strata managers, councils, facility managers and homeowners throughout the Sydney region. They specialise in technologies that enable them to rehabilitate pipe work without having to excavate gardens, footpaths or roads. Our reputable, Australian-owned client provides their clients with a fast, non-invasive and effective solution to their drainage problems.

Your new role

You will play a vital role in ensuring all requirements are met for our technicians to access sites and deliver on our promise to our customers in a timely manner, in the most efficient way.

This role will see you working closely with our private customers, technicians, and stakeholders, requiring you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact within our servicing team for our customers.
  • Communicating with technicians regarding their work requirements and schedules.
  • Liaising with customers with regard to site expectations and the time management of jobs.
  • Maintenance of records and order entry timelines with accuracy.
  • Create, implement, and update monthly Preventative Maintenance plans.
  • Ensure Technician inductions are up-to-date.
  • Updating our valued customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion reports via our customer portals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in service coordination within the trade/construction industry
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets
  • Flexible and adaptable to support divisional team
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willing to develop skills & learn new skills
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is a mandatory requirement for this role
