Your new role
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipment tracking and inventory management.
- Utilise Freight tracker to monitor and report on shipment status.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Support the finance team with logistics-related invoicing and cost tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in Warehouse Administration or Logistics Administration.
- Proficiency with Freight tracker or similar logistics tracking systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
