Your new role

  1. Manage the portfolio, liaising with tenants and landlords, and conducting property inspections with reports.
  2. Handle lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, option terms, and updating the Tenancy Schedule.
  3. Generate and distribute accurate tenant invoices monthly, monitor and collect arrears, and remit rental funds with monthly owner reports.
  4. Prepare and monitor annual budgets for tenants and owners, and oversee the annual outgoing audit.
  5. Manage legal processes related to leases, debt collection, and ensuring compliance with Occupation Health and Safety requirements.
  6. Oversee facility management, property maintenance, and maintain accurate tenant files.
  7. Oversee Trust Accounting, support the trust accountant, and ensure monthly reconciliations.
  8. Update the Service Centre, manage contractor insurance, and tailor monthly owner reports.
  9. Prepare submissions for new management, meet clients, and address issues with Cirrus8.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong portfolio management and tenant/landlord liaison skills.
  • Real Estate licence
  • The ability to conduct property inspections and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and tenancy schedule management.
  • Accuracy in generating tenant invoices, monitoring arrears, and preparing owner reports.
  • Competence in budget preparation, financial management, and annual audits.
  • Knowledge of legal processes, facility management, property maintenance, and Occupation Health and Safety requirements.
  • Organisational skills for maintaining tenant files and supporting Trust Accounting.
  • The ability to update service centres, manage contractor insurance, and use property management software like Cirrus8.
