Your new role

• Produce a daily plan to support production through maintaining stock policy, and balance operational costs and yield.

• Conduct product analyses to identify constraints for daily planning.

• Liaise with export agents to complete bookings and purchasing.

• Utilise QAD ERP software to raise sales orders.

• Review daily stock projection and escalate issues as needed.

• Compare the production plan against the previous day.

• Collaborate with production supervisors, managers, and supply planners.

• Identify potential short-term risks with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in the food production process, capacity planning, and scheduling techniques.
• Knowledge and understanding of supply chain planning
• Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service and able to foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work well under deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with QAD software
