From roadworks to large-scale developments, our client brings expertise, innovation, and a commitment to quality. Currently looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to help with the remainder of a project in Rosewood QLD.

Your new role

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Maintain high standards of safety and quality

• Lead and mentor a team of workers

• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in civil construction - particularly with roadworks

• Civil machine operating tickets would be highly regarded - in particular excavator, roller and loader tickets.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to safety and quality
