Your new company - One of Hays biggest electrical clients has now taken on more projects, which means they are looking to add another project manager to cover the big project about to start. Commercial-based company who are well established in the industry, really look after their team and take pride in their work.

Your new role - Overseeing a new commercial project to completion on site permanently while covering the following -

• In charge of a team of 10-12 staff making sure they complete tasks to a set standard
• Responsible for attending the daily construction meetings
• Managing day-to-day operations on site (40hrs per week)
• Reporting to the construction manager
• Be able to adapt to a high-pressure, fast-moving work environment
• Maintain a clean factory working environment

What you'll need to succeed -

• Current Electrical licence
• Construction White card
• Current manual Victorian drivers' licence
• Willing to jump on the tools if required
• 3+ years experience running projects (Required)
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
