Join a leading supplier of perforated metal sheets as an Estimating Team Leader. This company is renowned for its innovative and high-quality Australian-made products, offering a wide range of 2D and 3D products, acoustic systems and bespoke fixing systems. Their technologically advanced manufacturing facility in West Gippsland allows them to handle large architectural projects efficiently, having an in-house Design Studio that helps create customised products, panel shapes, and fixing systems.

Your new role

In your new role as an Estimating Team Leader, you will manage an estimating team based in the Philippines. This role will, therefore, demand overseas travel. The role also requires an ability to interpret construction drawings as well as being able to view panel specific CAD drawings and discuss project and product requirements with clients.

On a daily basis, you will be expected to -

• Read and interpret CAD files accurately.
• Cost products precisely within construction drawings.
• Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Assist in setting up and managing an estimating team in the Philippines.
• Interpret construction drawings with a comprehensive understanding of the construction market.
• Implement systems to improve productivity effectively.
• Engage with customers to determine project and product requirements.
