Your new role
As a Personal Banker you will be;
- Executing a high level of customer service in Branch
- Assisting with initial applications for personal loans & credit cards
- Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
- Completing administrative duties where required
- Using a risk mindset when managing documentation and applications
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a branch-based role or exposure to retail banking in a customer-service type environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for financial services!
