Your new role

• Executing a high level of customer service in Branch
• Assisting with initial applications for personal loans & credit cards
• Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
• Completing administrative duties where required
• Using a risk mindset when managing documentation and applications

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a branch-based role or exposure to retail banking in a customer-service type environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for financial services!
