Full-time temporary data collection, cataloguing and analysis contract based in the Hobart CBD within the Government’s Health Sector. Based in the Hobart CBD, this position sits within the Tasmanian Health Sector, the largest department of all Tasmanian Government agencies. O

Your new role

You will provide an invaluable contribution to the transformation team by performing a range of data entry functions and services. You will be reconciling historical data and ensuring that all records are up-to-date and ready for migration to the new system. The team are in the middle of a software upgrade project involving extensive analysis and mapping of Allergy Information – for a new Electronic Meals Management System. We are seeking a systems and data analyst (dietitian qualification and/or food service experience will be highly regarded) to assist the project team with the system roll out. This could include an entry-level dietitian such as a graduate and can be based anywhere in the state – reporting to the project team who are primarily based in Hobart.

What you'll need to succeed

• Have a current police check no older than six months
• Have proven experience in data entry
• Strong eye for detail
• Strong Excel capabilities
• Be able to start immediately
• Have a strong team player attitude
• The ability to learn new skills and systems quickly
• A background as a dietician or food services will be highly regarded.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an attractive casual hourly rate and work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, completing a 38-hour standard week.
You will get the opportunity to work semi-autonomously in a small team.
