Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced study Manager to join our dynamic team. The Study Manager will be responsible for leading and managing feasibility studies for our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• NPI HUB for our northern mining operations, including heavy vehicle workshop, offices, water etc.
• Haul road infrastructure for mining.
• Haul road bridge over public road.
• Road train workshop.
• 15km of Conveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage feasibility studies from concept through to execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present study reports and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on feasibility studies.
Experience working on projects with substantial conveyor components.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the mining and resources industry is highly desirable.
