Logistics company based in Sunshine requires a Transport Coordinator to join their team in a permanent role

Your new role

• Manage transport and deliveries to wharfs
• Truck Allocations as per schedules
• Freight Tracker experience
• Invoicing and computer work
• Servicing drivers with ID stickers
• Entering customer details
• Entering container time updates
• Raising unpack reports and stickers
• Checking unpack reports for miscellaneous charges
• Scanning unpack reports into Freight Tracker
• Raising delivery paperwork
• Capturing detention from paperwork
• Nominate container un-pack priority
• Monitoring time up containers
• Liaise with Reach Stacker driver
• Raise a list of empty 20/40’s
• Forklift work (Counter balance)

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a transport co-ordinator (min 3 years)
• Be very hands on and assist in other areas
• Solid work ethic and work well with other team members
• Systems driven
• Forklift licence (ideal)

What you'll get in return

• Permanent role

• $80,000 - $85,000 + Super!
