Your new role
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will join the maintenance team at Birkenhead, to assist with ensuring optimal performance of the operational plant.
In this role you will:
- Manage electrical personnel to ensure the effective maintenance of plant and ancillaries so that business targets and goals are achieved.
- Ensure all activities are conducted to achieve lowest cost production.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Critical Risk Verifications, workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Lead the training and development of team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in heavy industry or mining essential within a Supervisory role.
- Electrical Trade Qualification.
- HV Switching Certification.
- Electrical Instrumentation Certification desirable.
- Working from Heights Ticket.
- SCADA and PLC experience desirable.
