Your new company

Our State Government Department client based in central Perth, are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Systems/Financial Accountant to join their team to run an update on their Tech one ERP system.

Your new role

• Lead and manage the implementation of ERP systems across the organisation.
• Design and execute project plans and timelines for ERP implementation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business processes for alignment with ERP functionalities.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for customisation, integration, and support.
• Ensure effective data migration from existing systems to new ERP systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees about the new ERP system.
• Monitor the post-implementation performance of the ERP system and make necessary adjustments.
• Resolve any ERP-related issues and provide ongoing user support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be a qualified accountant
• Familiar with developing test plans and system documentation
• Strong system and financial accounting experience
• Proactive and high attention to detail
• Experience with Tech One would be beneficial
• Experience in supporting system change previously would be beneficial
• Experience in working within a project environment would also be a bonus
• Good communication skills
