Hays has partnered with a key enterprise client to appoint a Business Analyst to an ESM Platform uplift. With an initial 12-months on offer, plus a likely extension, this is an exceptional role for an Agile Business Analyst looking to get stuck into a large program of work.

Your new role

As the Business Analyst, your role is critical in leading BA activities in the programs' Solution Architect Design Practice. Working closely with business SME's, the Project Manager, Solution Architects/Designers and Testers, your core duties will involve:

• Gathering business requirements, functional requirements specification/use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Current state analysis and definition, and future state definition
• Process and data modelling, gap analysis and identifying issues/opportunities
• Identification of milestones, work packages and development of roadmap for change strategy
• Scrum Master and agile delivery board management

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Business Analyst, with proven success in complex ICT project delivery in diverse enterprise environments. You'll possess highly developed interpersonal communication skills, as well as superior written communication skills that allow you to prepare high-quality BA artefacts (requirements, process maps, business cases, test scenarios etc.) for both business and technical audiences. You will be able to establish and grow collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and your team, and your expert analytical and problem-solving skills allow you to identify opportunities for improved services and creative solutions.
