Your new role
Working into the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO), this role will report to directors within, and ultimately leverage a shared resource Centre of Excellence, with a particular focus on stakeholder collaboration to deliver customised and considered change experiences. This organisation puts a large focus on the people side of change, which it achieves by providing structure and and support so that all Digital Change is delivered in a highly sustainable way.

The successful candidate will need to display successful experience within the Federal Government sector ideally, and hold an active Baseline Clearance. A sound understanding of both Agile Project methodology and contemporary recognised Change methodology (e.g. ADKAR, PROSCI) will also be required for success. Outside of that, excellent communication skills and the ability to get up to speed quickly and build a high level of rapport will be highly sought after.
What you'll get in return
On offer to the successful candidate, as well as a competitive APS6-equivalent contractor rate of $100-120/hr (experience dependent), will be a long-term contract (minimum term to June 30, 2026 + extensions) as well as work flexibility and a highly accessible office location in the CBD.
