Your new role

You will be part of a high-performing squad of Senior Testing Engineers to design, implement and execute automated test cases to validate RESTful APIs using Karate, ensuring comprehensive coverage and functionality.

What you'll need to succeed

• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.

• Lead and mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Conduct end-to-end testing with Playwright.

• Designed, implemented, and executed automated test cases to validate RESTful APIs using Karate, ensuring comprehensive coverage and functionality. This includes creating reusable test components, setting up data-driven tests, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and reporting.

• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in data retrieval and origination between the legacy database and the new PostgreSQL database.

• Create and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency.

• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools.

• Ensure continuous improvement in test processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure software meets performance standards.

• Provide regular status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
