Hays Technology has partnered with an Employer of Choice based in the Brisbane CBD to appoint an ERP Operations Manager to an initial 12-month contract.
This role offers 3 days' work from home per week and the opportunity for extension on an ongoing program of work.

Your new role

The ERP Operations Manager oversees the operational and related management of SAP legacy ecosystem (ECC) by leading a team of technical experts and related technology across the enterprise-wide SAP system as well as get involved in the S4HANA Implementation project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Redefining the service catalogue
• Vendor Management - Licencing etc.
• Internal stakeholder management and communication
• Monitoring of the SAP Platforms
• Release management etc.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams across employees, contractors and vendors.

• Excellent communications skills both, verbal and written. Including the ability to discuss technology matters to non-technology individuals.

• Problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational skills, task and time management, prioritisation and decision-making.

• Some experience in SAP Activate, ASAP Methodologies, SAP PI/XI is desirable.
