HAYS are working with a national manufacturing company who are looking for their next Sales Coordinator to join their team in Kwinana on a 12-month FTC, paying up to $65k + super.
Your new role
As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day duties will include, but will not be limited too;
Entering and managing customer orders through Oracle.
Liaising with the transport department to ensure deliveries scheduled.
Work closely with the warehousing team to ensure accuracy of inventory to meet customer needs.
Managing customer queries with high level customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent communication skills will lead you to your success, as will;
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficient with Oracle or similar systems highly desirable but not essential.
