Your new role
As a Customer Support Operator, you will:
Provide high-level customer service support in a busy contact centre.
Accurately capture and triage incident notifications.
Maintain high-quality records and databases.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
Provide administrative and support services to assist the team.
Prioritise and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong analytical abilities.
Experience in government roles (preferred).
Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and empathy.
Good system usage skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
