A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne’s South-East requires an IT Field Services Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately, within their Professional Services team. Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

  • Attending onsite client visits to set up desktops, laptops, printers, access points, etc.
  • Installing applications remotely and onsite.
  • Completing SSL renewals, networking and server builds.
  • Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Dispatching hardware to client sites.
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors on both hardware and software.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience of providing level 1 & 2 IT support both onsite and remote.
  • The ability to setup a broad range of devices (printers, access points, laptops, desktops, etc).
  • Experience with IT Glue and ConnectWise is highly advantageous.
  • Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco and VMware certifications are beneficial.
  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
  • A current driver’s license and vehicle.
