Join an expanding Australian Non-Bank Lender who are rated for providing great service to their brokers and customers with fast and flexible solutions! They are changing things up and are eager to have a BDM or Senior BDM join their busy and expanding team! With a new way of thinking and a better way of working, you will be entrusted and given the opportunity to work alongside some fantastic leaders to build out your own portfolio.
Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders
- Connecting with new & existing clients, ensuring you understand their needs whilst offering a solution
- Being aware of the entire deal, including their loan requirements and risk management needs
- Onboarding new brokers and assisting with their client queries
- Working with a high attention to detail, inputting accurate information into systems
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working in a BDM/Sales role within Commercial Lending (Preferred) or Business Lending OR
- Experience in Commercial Lending from a credit side who is eager to progress into the sales side
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the non-conforming loan industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- The right attitude and someone who wants to be the best!

You will be rewarded with an above market base + superannuation + bonus. This is a full-time position working a minimum 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
