In this role you’ll be working for an award-winning company within the construction industry.

Your new role

  • Communicating with customers via multiple streams; phone, email & live chat
  • Providing clients weekly updates
  • Booking appointments and inspections
  • Administration of requesting permits
  • Support the construction department when needed
  • Being professional at all times
  • Attending weekly appointments to report on results and action any items as required
  • Meet targets and KPI’s that are set


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous 12 months customer service experience within the construction, property, real estate or building supplies industries
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to work as part of a team, or alone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and excellent time management skills
  • Strong work ethic
