Your new role
Communicating with customers via multiple streams; phone, email & live chat
Providing clients weekly updates
Booking appointments and inspections
Administration of requesting permits
Support the construction department when needed
Being professional at all times
Attending weekly appointments to report on results and action any items as required
Meet targets and KPI’s that are set
What you'll need to succeed
Previous 12 months customer service experience within the construction, property, real estate or building supplies industries
Professional presentation
Ability to work as part of a team, or alone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and excellent time management skills
Strong work ethic
