You'll be joining a not-for-profit healthcare organisation based in Sydney. This company has a great reputation as a highly flexible employer and has some of the best tech professionals in Sydney working for them.

The company has presence in both Sydney and Melbourne so if you're based in Melbourne then they would also be open to this.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for scoping requirements with customers, facilitating workshops, creating user stories and managing the technical and business roadmap for the team. The role will be a blend of discovery, product strategy and delivery.

The organisation is doing a huge Salesforce program of work, which this role will be leading alongside a Salesforce Architect, 3 Salesforce Admins, 2 Engineers and a Functional Consultant. If you have experience in Salesforce and Healthcare then that would be ideal, but the company will consider candidates who have either the Salesforce or Health/ Home care experience.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

• Communicating with senior stakeholders and customers in order to design best in class digital experiences
• Manage technical & business roadmap
• Define product strategy and lead delivery
• Write user stories
• Facilitate and lead research / ideation sessions

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a PO within either Healthcare sector or as a Salesforce PO

• Proven experience in working with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated industry

• Experience in designing / deliuvering worl class digital experiences

• Ideally you'll be a Senior Product Owner with experience in Product Strategy & Delivery
